From Insight to
Interface

We start by listening. Workshops, interviews, and a quick look at your analytics set clear goals and success metrics. Next we design the IA, write clear microcopy, and prototype real tasks in Figma. You get an accessible UI plus tokens, components, and developer ready criteria.

UX Research

+
-

We align on OKRs, business outcomes, target segments, and explicit hypotheses, then build a research brief and learning plan that ties questions to methods and success metrics like HEART, AARRR, and conversion KPIs. We plan discovery and validation work to de-risk decisions at each stage of the roadmap, with clear timelines, sampling frames, and decision criteria. Stakeholders get visibility through kickoffs, shareouts, and decision logs so evidence translates into action.

Our toolkit spans generative and evaluative methods: 1 on 1 interviews, contextual inquiry, diary studies, ethnography, JTBD interviewing, survey design, concept testing, heuristic reviews, and competitive benchmarking. We complement qual with quant through GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and SQL-based cohort, funnel, and retention analysis, plus session replay and heatmaps with FullStory and Hotjar. We also audit event taxonomy and instrumentation to ensure the data layer is capturing what matters.

We synthesize findings into personas and segments, JTBD job stories, experience maps, journey maps, service blueprints, problem statements, and opportunity solution trees. Insights roll into a prioritized backlog using RICE, MoSCoW, or ICE, with traceability maintained in a research repository in Dovetail, Notion, or Airtable. Everything links back to hypotheses and KPIs so teams can make fast, confident calls.

In summary, Evidence-driven insight reduces risk, clarifies priorities, and accelerates decisions tied to measurable outcomes.

IA & Interaction

+
-

We turn research into clear structures and behaviors. Information architecture covers taxonomy, labeling, navigation, and content hierarchy that match real mental models across mobile and desktop. We use domain modeling, entity relationship diagrams, and content modeling to align IA with headless CMS schemas and future growth.

Validation comes early through open and closed card sorting, tree testing, first click testing, and findability studies with tools like Optimal Workshop. Interaction design defines user flows, task models, and microinteractions using principles like progressive disclosure, affordance, feedback, error prevention, and recovery. We apply Nielsen heuristics, Fitts Law, and Hick Law to reduce cognitive load and increase task success.

We document sitemaps, wireflows, state charts, and sequence diagrams, and we write acceptance criteria in Gherkin syntax so design, content, and engineering are aligned. Page tables, data dictionaries, and interface contracts remove ambiguity, while Figma specs, Jira epics, and Confluence docs ensure smooth handoff and maintainability.

Summary: Solid IA and interaction patterns make complex tasks feel simple and keep teams aligned from idea to implementation.

Design System & Visual UI

+
-

We shape a visual language that is both brand-right and highly usable. That includes type scales and variable fonts, an 8 pt grid, color systems, spacing, iconography, elevation, and motion principles. We design responsively and reference Material 3, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and Fluent to ensure native feel where it matters, while meeting WCAG contrast requirements.

We codify the UI into design tokens and components that scale across products and platforms. Tokens for color, typography, spacing, radii, elevation, and motion are defined in Figma Variables and exported through Style Dictionary to CSS variables or platform-native tokens. Components and patterns are documented in Storybook with Chromatic visual regression tests, and wired to React, Vue, or Angular libraries for real reuse. We support theming, dark mode, RTL, and localization from the start.

Governance keeps quality high and velocity fast. We run contribution models, versioning and release notes, design linting with tools like Stark, accessibility checks, and code review gates. Documentation lives in Zeroheight or Notion, with component audits, naming conventions, and change logs that connect Figma libraries to code repos and CI pipelines.

Summary: A robust design system turns great visuals into repeatable, high quality delivery at product speed.

Prototyping & Usability Testing

+
-

We prototype at the right fidelity to answer the next question: low fidelity sketches and wireframes explore structure and flow; mid fidelity frames validate IA and interaction; high fidelity prototypes pressure test visual polish and microcopy. We build realistic clickthroughs in Figma, Axure, Framer, and ProtoPie so stakeholders and users can evaluate real tasks. Usability testing is context driven: moderated remote sessions via Lookback or Zoom; unmoderated via UserTesting or Maze; longitudinal diary studies for habits and retention. We define screeners, tasks, and success criteria up front, then measure task success, time on task, error rate, SUS, SEQ, UMUX Lite, and qualitative confidence; we include stress cases, empty states, recovery paths, and basic accessibility checks. Findings are affinity mapped in Miro or Dovetail, prioritized by severity and effort, and fed into rapid iterations; we maintain issue logs, push actionable recommendations to Jira, translate insights into A/B test hypotheses, and update acceptance criteria to lock in improvements.

Summary: Fast, iterative prototyping and testing improve usability metrics and protect timelines before code is written.

Accessibility & Inclusive Design

+
-

We build inclusion from day one, aligning to WCAG 2.2 AA, ADA, Section 508, and EN 301 549, grounded in inclusive research, plain language and UX writing, and i18n and l10n including RTL and cultural nuance. Implementation uses semantic HTML5 with correct headings, labels and legends, descriptive links and minimal ARIA; full keyboard access with logical tab order, visible focus, skip links and modal focus management; clear error messaging; contrast compliant visuals, prefers reduced motion, captions and transcripts; alt text or data tables for complex visuals; and testing of touch targets, zoom, orientation and screen reader announcements. Quality is sustained with audits and CI tooling like axe DevTools, Lighthouse and Pa11y, automated checks in Jest and Cypress with axe, manual passes with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack, plus VPATs, remediation plans and training.

Summary: Inclusive, standards based design expands reach, improves usability for everyone, and reduces legal and operational risk.
